Symptoms Checklist

Very often, it is difficult to decide to begin therapy. To help with making this decision these are some guidelines to help you decide if psychotherapy is something that would be useful for you. If you experience any of these symptoms, talk therapy can be very effective in helping to alleviate your discomfort and struggles.

Do you have feelings of?

Does your suspicion of others leave you feeling without?

____friendships and community
____intimate relationships based on healthy communication
